What we do to solve the common problems of our customers
1.What kinds of garments do you mainly produce?
We specialize in custom apparel, including men’s/women’s t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, dresses, pants,streetwear, casual wear and sportswear. We support custom styles for different markets.
2.Do you provide free samples?
Samples are charged at a reasonable cost, and the sample fee can be deducted from your bulk order payment once mass production is confirmed.
3. Can I customize my own logo, fabric, color and size?
Fully customized service is supported. You can print/embroider your brand logo, choose custom fabric materials (cotton, polyester, spandex, fleece etc.), pick colors, and adjust size charts to fit your local market standards (US/EU/AU sizes).
4.What shipping methods can you arrange for delivery?
We offer multiple shipping options: Sea freight (low cost for large orders), Air freight (fast for medium orders), Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples & small batches).
5.Can you help with packaging design
Yes. We support custom poly bags, hang tags with your brand printing.
6.How does the factory arrange shift rotations for sewing workshop employees on holidays?
We set up staggered holiday shifts based on the daily production volume, guarantee each worker statutory leave compensation and arrange backup staff to keep the workshop running steadily.

We inspect the size, stitching, fabric appearance and packaging strictly according to the customer’s QC standard, sort out unqualified products for rework before shipment.
